Business Development Manager
Having specialised in digital services for the public sector for 18 years, Ric comes with a wealth of experience relating to transformation, channel shift, communications, and engagement. Ric currently looks after councils and the NHS in the South East of England, including many around Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties.



Mark Ramus
Head of Product Experience
With a background of 12 years in local government prior to specialising in Technical Presales for Granicus, Mark has deep experience from both perspectives. Mark has worked with public sector organisations all across the UK and Ireland, helping establish requirements and design solutions to some of the most pressing challenges faced around transformation, including communications and engagement.

Hardeep Johal
Director of Product and Development
As Director of Product and Development at Orlo Hardeep is responsible for ensuring the Orlo platform is constantly evolving with the ever changing needs of the social media management industry. With nearly 20 years of experience in software product development and management he also acts as an advisor and non-executive director to a number of UK Tech companies.



Carl Harris
Digital Services Development Manager
Carl is has been Digital Services Development Manager for the last 8 years with Three Rivers District Council and has a background in customer service. As part of his role, Carl is focused on supporting digital platforms across Three Rivers District Council and helping maintain a sense of community when using digital communications.
