Orlo, the UK’s leading digital engagement platform is proud to announce that the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners (APCC) is the latest public sector organisation to select their solution to manage their digital conversations.
By making use of Orlo, the APCC aims to better understand what content is landing with its audiences and to use these insights to inform development of a new social media strategy.
“We’re thrilled that the APCC has chosen Orlo. We’re excited to see more and more public sector organisations working to demonstrate the value of social media and warmly welcome the APCC to the Orlo ‘Herd’, said Phil Evans, Managing Director of Orlo.
The APCC plans to use Orlo’s Content Calendar and Inbox to bring all its social media channels together in one location, enabling it to post more frequently and develop a cadence of responding to inbound messages.
The APCC also plans to utilise Orlo’s powerful suite of Analytics to determine the effectiveness of its content and campaigns, to monitor audience engagement and trends, and use these insights to demonstrate social ROI.
“We have been using social media for some time, but we want to streamline our processes and better monitor effectiveness to make sure we were getting the best out of it,” said Keith Fairbank, Head of Communications and Public Affairs at the APCC.
