The Role
We’re looking for a Business Operations Co-ordinator to report directly to our People Director to help support the smooth running of the business across operations, finance, compliance, and employee support activities. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, improving processes, and ensuring day-to-day business operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office and operational activities, ensuring an efficient and compliant working environment.
- Manage finance administration activities, including raising and issuing customer invoices, managing expenses, performing account reconciliations, and proactively chasing outstanding debt.
- Assist with compliance and reporting processes, maintaining accurate business records and supporting regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to leadership, company meetings, and internal business activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and wellbeing activities.
- Manage business support systems, supplier coordination, and operational workflows across UK and US operations.
About You:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively while remaining adaptable and solutions-focused in changing business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, improve processes, and contribute positively to team efficiency and employee engagement initiatives.
