After completing the Orlo Academy sales enablement program, you’ll join a diverse team of bright, sales professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to establish initial points of contact with a prospective client, establishing their goals & objectives and suitability as an Orlo client.

The ideal candidate should be highly ambitious with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fun work environment. We’re looking for someone who wants to have a direct impact on the growth of our company. As a sales development representative, you’ll have the chance to help us increase our market share and expand our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • SDR’s are responsible for identifying prospective clients in the early stages of the buying journey that are closely aligned with our target market profile.
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales metrics
  • Maintain proactive relationships with the BDR team.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture.

What we’d like from you

  • 1-3 years previous outbound sales experience
  • Consistent over achievement in past positions
  • Proven ‘hunter’ background
  • Strong communication skills with all levels from C suite down
  • Possess the ability to gather high-level information on customer’s business processes, critical success factors and competitive standing to deliver value-add business solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and organise yourself
  • A positive, ambitious mindset with a drive and passion to get on with your career.
